This page is about offering an additional service for students. It can be a daunting prospect to consider what’s next and how to break into the job market. Strong evidence suggests that whilst qualifications are still required, it’s not enough to guarantee you the job of your dreams……….
My passion is to work and equip young people with the skills to enter the workplace; they are our future talent.
It’s imperative that we plug the skills shortage, and help bridge the capabilities of school and university leavers with the needs of modern day business.
I have developed several successful programmes for school leavers and graduates. One of these was an Employability Scheme, where I worked personally with school and university leavers to help them with the following:
- Guidance on Job Search
- CV Preparation and Presentation
- Interview Skills Training
- Job Market Introduction
- Work Experience
These individuals were all able to secure job roles as part of this programme, and for some individuals it was the first time they were able to secure permanent employment.
